"Embedded Values" by Dex Cameron
With a title like "Embedded Values" you might be forgiven
for guessing it was written by an actuary, but boring
it certainly isn't. Admittedly thefirst chapter reads
like a grownup Enid Blyton novel full of jollyhockey
sticks, but after that it takes on a life of its own
and is totallyengrossing. It starts with a school reunion
and then follows on with theinterweaving life stories
of a group of old friends. I found it a good readthat
I didn't want to put down, so much so that I eagerly
await itssequel "Finite Differences". - Geraldine Kaye.
