An
Assessment Centre (AC) is a combination of assessment
techniques delivered to all suitable candidates for
the position in question. Trained observers, who are
also members of the panels conducting the fully structured
interviews, mark the interactive exercises and any
other psychometric tests.
An Overall Assessment Rating (OAR) is used as the
basis of the selection panel's judgment. Performance
on individual items is also explored. We conduct AC's
in a beautiful stately home location in rural Essex.
The facilities are excellent and ideal for bringing
out the best in the candidates. The range of exercises
is determined by our analysis of the position and
the necessary attributed required to fill it successfully,
'AC' Assessors will always include key members an
employers staff.
