Established in 1992 by Dr Geraldine
Kaye, herself a highly respected actuary, GAAPS International
has grown to be one of the largest actuarial recruitment

The company was founded to satisfy the need for an efficient,

that could cater for the unique needs of the actuarial
profession. Our consultants' qualifications and expertise
cover a wide range of areas, including actuarial, accountancy,
law, psychology and education. Senior members of the
company play significant roles in actuarial associations
around the world, as well as in other professional bodies.
GAAPS also conducts surveys detailing salary trends
across the industry, maintaining close contact with

(REC), the Association of Search and Selection Consultants
(ASSC) and the Executive Research Association (ERA).
